Individual Psychedelic Preparation & Integration Sessions
Psychedelic experiences can be life-changing—opening doors to deep insight, healing, and change. But they can also bring up big emotions, questions, or challenges. That’s where preparation and integration come in.
I offer one-on-one sessions to support you before and after altered-state experiences, helping you make sense of what you want and need from your experiences as well as integrating what comes up after, in our sessions we will spend our time weaving it into your life in a way that feels grounded and meaningful to you.

🌿 Integration: Making sense of insights, working through emotions, and finding ways to apply them in everyday life.
🌿 Family & Friends Sessions: A space for loved ones to connect, ask questions, and share any concerns or curiosities they have about your journey.

About Altered Integration
At Altered Integration, Antanika provides peer-led, community-driven support to help individuals, groups and their families and friends navigate and integrate psychedelic and altered state of consciousness experiences.

Psychedelic-assisted treatments were instrumental in my recovery, profoundly shaping my life, and creating a catalyst for incredible growth and change.
