4-Week Psychedelic Integration Program

Altered Integration
4-week Integration Program

Why do we need community groups to integrate our altered state experiences?
Psychedelic experiences can unveil deep personal insights and emotions. Without proper integration, these revelations may lead to confusion or distress. Our approach emphasises harm reduction, ensuring that individuals have access to safe spaces and professional guidance to navigate their experiences responsibly, a safe closed group to speak freely about deeply personal insights.
Engaging with a community during the integration process offers unparalleled support many are often unable to find elsewhere, this isolation can mean we are left with nowhere to turn to discuss some of the most profound things we may have felt, seen, heard, and embodied. Sharing experiences within a group fosters a sense of belonging and understanding, which is vital for mental health and personal growth. Studies have highlighted the significance of community-based integration groups in enhancing mental health and quality of life, emphasising the role of social relationships in processing psychedelic experiences.

What to Expect in the 4-week Integration programs

  • One 90-minute Zoom call per week: with a closed group- you will be with the same group for all 4 sessions.

  • Safe and Confidential Environment: We prioritise your privacy, ensuring that all discussions remain within the group. Strict Confidentiality is discussed and agreed upon with participant agreements.

  • Guided Reflection Sessions: Facilitated by Antanika Hoberg an experienced psychedelic Integration facilitator, these sessions help in articulating and understanding your experiences all guided by you.

  • Peer Support: Connect with others who have undergone similar journeys, fostering mutual support and shared learning and gain access to an online portal that allows you to communicate with myself, and others from your group during the 4 weeks and beyond.

  • Resource Sharing: Access to materials and practices that aid in the integration process, empowering you to incorporate insights into your daily life. I have created materials to assist those wanting to explore deeper when we are not together in a group.

  • We have payment plans, and one scholarship for those who may not be able to afford the investment right now.
Please reach out and let me know if this is you. Integration is important and I do not want you to miss out if you need it.

By participating in our Community Integration Events, you are taking a proactive step toward holistic well-being, ensuring that your transformative experiences lead to meaningful and lasting change.

Note: While we provide supportive specialised services, we do not supply or endorse the use of any substances. Our focus is on harm reduction and post-experience integration.
