Data Storage and Security
We take all reasonable steps to ensure personal information is stored securely and protected from misuse, interference, and unauthorised access.
All information is stored on a work computer that is password-protected and accessible only by Antanika Hoberg.
Personal details are stored on a separate encrypted drive to ensure additional security.
Data collected via Google Forms may be stored on servers located outside of Australia. We ensure that all third-party services comply with Australian privacy laws and APP 8 (cross-border disclosure).
Access and Sharing of Data
Only Antanika Hoberg has access to personal data.
Information is shared only in exceptional circumstances where there are concerns about a client’s mental health or well-being, and sharing is necessary to protect the client.
We do not share personal information with third parties for marketing or other unrelated purposes.
Data Breach Notification
In the unlikely event of a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) by the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
