PAT Integration Aftercare Programs
Altered Integration: Peer and Lived Experience-Based Support for Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy (PAT) Treatments
At Altered Integration, Antanika is a psychedelic aftercare program, faccilitator who is passionate about peer-led, community-driven support to help individuals and groups navigate and integrate medicine-assisted experiences. Guided by a strengths-based, holistic, and trauma-informed approach, Antanika helps individuals and families rediscover who they are, reconnect with what truly matters, and identify the tools and practices that best support their needs—not anyone else’s. Integration is defined as tapping into your inner resources, honouring your experiences, and creating a meaningful, intentional life on your own terms.
Why is community and peer-led integration connection so important?
A supportive community is a powerful part of the integration process, after psychedelic experiences, people often lack networks that can understand their experiences. Sharing experiences with others who have been where you are, in a safe, understanding space guided by someone who understands how these medicines work, allows people to feel connected and less alone. These groups allow participants to learn from each other, and gain perspective.
These groups also offer practical support. Listening to others’ stories can inspire new ways of thinking, while the act of sharing can validate personal experiences.
Challenges of Integration
Integration isn’t always easy. Profound experiences can bring up difficult emotions or disrupt old patterns, making it hard to know how to move forward. Without proper support, people might feel stuck or overwhelmed. This is why a structured approach to integration, whether through individual reflection or group settings, is so important.
Please Note: Services can be incorporated into PAT treatment programs or offered as standalone sessions for clients to book independently. To ensure equitable access for all who need them, sessions must be scheduled and paid in advance. Unless otherwise discussed- For payment plans and concessions please contact me.
